Car Care Specialist & Detailer

Position Summary

The perfect candidate will possess:

  • Self-starter, self-motivated

  • Previous experience in Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating

Basic Daily Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Essential Functions 

  • Wash and prepare vehicle

  • Utilize various tools and equipment to detail vehicle (provided)

  • Correct and polish paint - identify ideal process to accomplish desired result

  • Apply ceramic coating to interior and exterior surfaces

  • Final detail vehicle for customer delivery

  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements 

  • Aptitude for detail work requiring completion in a timely manner with precision and accuracy

  • Patience and coordination

  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience in the automotive industry

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Aptitude to learn new skills and techniques 

  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information

Other Considerations 

  • The position is Full time and will require availability Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm

  • Pay is competitive and based on personal production and performance
